Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in expanding ORTE Global’s client base, promoting our logistics solutions, and building long-term relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities in the logistics and transportation industry.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Present and promote ORTE Global’s services, including intermodal, multimodal, and door-to-door logistics solutions.

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring mutual benefit for both the company and the client.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and provide customer insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Fluency in English mandatory.
